Melissa Oldham

          Memorial service for Melissa Oldham, age 58, former Frederick, Oklahoma, resident, was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Community Fellowship Church (formerly Pentecostal Holiness), 405 N. 3rd, Frederick, with Rev. Roy Newman, pastor, officiating.

          Melissa passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018, in Tulsa.

          She was born September 7, 1959, to Carl and JoAnn (Mathews) Oldham, in Frederick, Oklahoma. She grew up in Frederick and attended Frederick and Clinton schools. She was united in marriage to Michael Rainwater in 1977. She had lived in Tulsa for the past 15 years. She had worked as a cashier at United Grocery in Clinton, housekeeping for hotel/motel, and also as a health care giver. She enjoyed fishing and loved collecting Hello Kitty Cats.

          She is preceded in death by her father and two brothers: Carl Otis Oldham and Craig Earl Oldham.

          Survivors include three sons: Dustin Rainwater, of Tulsa, Layton Oldham, of Clinton, and Josh Gaston, of Chickasha; a daughter: Carla Rainwater, of Reno, Nevada; her mother: JoAnn Oldham, of Frederick; a sister: Debbie Teague, of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and five grandchildren.
