Funeral service for Letha Marie (Bradley) Lee, age 92, former Tillman County resident, was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel, in Frederick, Oklahoma, with William “Woody” McCaig, grandson, eulogizing.
Mrs. Lee passed away Thursday, April 5, 2017, at her home in Superior, Arizona.
Burial was in the Chattanooga Cemetery, Chattanooga, Oklahoma, under the direction of Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home.
She was born June 20, 1925, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to Walter William and Lilly Rose (Seay) Bradley. She grew up on the Isadore townsite and also in Frederick. She married George Lesley Pritchett and they had one child, Charlotte Ann (Pritchett) Blair. She later was united in marriage to Floyd David Lee on October 9, 1954, in Wichita Falls, Texas. They were married for 61 years and he preceded her in death on August 17, 2015. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends. She was famous for her postcards. She could get more on a postcard than anyone in history. You always knew she loved you if you received a postcard from her.
In addition to her parents and her husbands, she was preceded in death by a sister: Rita Henderson; two half-sisters; and a son-in-law: Tommy Blair.
Survivors include her daughter: Charlotte Ann Blair, of Arizona; three grandchildren: Deborah Denise Cano, William Lesley Boyd McCaig and Michelle Renee Tollar; 10 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
