Bobby Ray Thomason

    Funeral service for Bobby Ray Thomason, age 87, formerly of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2017, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Virgil Reichle, Leawood, Kansas, officiating.     Mr. Thomason passed away Friday, August 11, 2017, in Clovis, California.  Burial with U.S. Air Force Military Honors will be in Frederick Memorial Cemetery.     Bobby Ray Thomason was born on October 18, 1929, in Frederick, Oklahoma. He was the youngest son of Jim and Bertha (Holmes) Thomason. He is survived by a twin sister, Bonnie (Thomason) Gleason of Leawood, Kansas. He was preceded in death by brothers, Royce, Horace and Ruedell Thomason and a sister, Freda (Thomason) Carr. Bobby was a Korean War veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Frederick High School in the Class of 1947. He resided in Oklahoma City, OK for many years before moving to Clovis, CA in 2011 and lived with friends, George and Vicki Barrios who became his loving caretakers along with his nephew, Harold G.
