Leo Max Williams, Jr. DDS, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016, in Frederick, Oklahoma, at the age of 66 years, 11 months and six days. Per his request, there will be no services or memorials. Leo Max Williams, Jr. was born on August 8, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Leo Max Williams, Sr. and Norma Elaine (Fisher) Williams. He grew up and attended schools in Tulsa, Kansas and Fort Worth, before returning to Tulsa and graduating from Tulsa Memorial High School in 1967. He attended Oklahoma State University, and then attended the University of Nebraska, where he graduated a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1974. He was united in marriage to Teresa Jean “Terri” Nealon on July 29, 1972, in Lincoln, Nebraska. After school he began a dental practice in Tulsa, where he lived and worked for five years. Then, in 1975, he moved to Frederick and began dental care and worked until his retirement approximately six years ago. He loved to ride his motorcycle. He was preceded in death by his father: Leo Max Williams, Sr. He is survived by his wife: Terri, of the home in Frederick, Oklahoma; a son: Seth Williams and wife Dr. Rebecca Williams, of Edmond, Oklahoma; a daughter: Janet Williams, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his mother: Norma Williams, of Boise, Idaho; a brother: Tim Williams and wife Vivian, of Portland, Oregon; two sisters: Sheryl Schertz and husband Dave, of Houston, Texas, and Susan Dodd and husband Bret, of Boise, Idaho. The family wishes to express to everyone that Leo fought a courageous battle with cancer the past one and a half years.
