Leila Gertrude "Lee" Bullock went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 12, 2015. She passed away in Frederick, Oklahoma, at the age of 84 years, nine months and five days. She was born February 7, 1931, in Oakwood, Oklahoma, to Paul and Ethel Bell (Morris) Autry. She attended Oakwood schools, near Watonga. She was united in marriage to Leroy Bullock, of Frederick, on February 12, 1953, at Watonga, Oklahoma. They made Frederick their home and she worked as a waitress at Colonial Café, Crescent Drug, and the Lunch Box. She was an active mother and supported school and community activities of her girls including being a sponsor at "Teen Town." She and her husband fostered children. She and her husband went to the Nazarene Church, later she was a member of Trinity Baptist Church for many years and then more recently Lighthouse Church. She was known around her church and the community as "the hugging lady." She loved to cook, especially for her grandkids. At Christmas time, she made tons of candy for her family. She also enjoyed fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Bullock, on May 19, 1997; two brothers: Weldon Autry and Raymond Autry; two sisters: Hettie Ruth Ford and Ruby Laird. Survivors include two daughters: Genie Lesniak and husband Stephen, of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Sharen Clift, of Frederick, Oklahoma; a sister: Lillian Kershner, of Shawnee, Oklahoma; five grandchildren: Danette Rivas and husband Carlos, Jeanette Gearhart and husband John, Eddie Paul Fry and wife Kathy, Christi Knam and husband Eric, Felisha Crawford and husband Ben; a special loved one: Jo Ellen (Ledford) Clawson and husband Steve; 16 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren.
