Jerry Sebree

Jerry Ray Sebree went to be with the Lord on July 3, 2015. He passed away at Seymour Rehab & Care Center, Seymour, Texas, at the age of 70 years and eight days. He was born June 26, 1945, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Homer Lawrence and Thelma Oleta (Dodd) Sebree. He grew up in the Frederick/Tipton area, and attended school at Laing and then Frederick. He was united in marriage to Janie Pearl Rothell on April 10, 1964, in the home of the minister that officiated, Rev. J.G. Justus. His work experience includes: being a truck driver, working for Bell Helicopter (Textron), and then, as a carpenter and in construction as well as being a mechanic. He loved to fish, hunt and hound dogs. He was a Pentecostal. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Tommy, Anna Jean, Darlene, David, two sets of twins and Carolyn; and three great grandchildren: Angel, Alexis and Bryson. He is survived by his wife: Janie Sebree, of Seymour, Texas; a son: Maurice Burba and wife Jeannie, of Wilson, Oklahoma; five daughters: Kathleen Nation and husband David, of Frederick, Oklahoma, Anna, of Tipton, Oklahoma, Michelle Chervnka and husband Harvey, of Canute, Oklahoma, Ruby Delgado, of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Marie Delgado and husband Johnny, of Seymour, Texas; three brothers: Lee, Bobby and L R; three sisters: Frances, Joy and Fay; 25 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
