Pauline Jeffcoat

Wilma Pauline Jeffcoat went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 13, 2012. She passed away in Norman, Oklahoma, at the age of 83 years, two months, and 22 days. She was born on September 21, 1929, to Lester Patrick and Mary Ellen (Fargason) Gibbs, in Cabot, Arkansas. She moved to Frederick in 1955. She was a seamstress for Frybrant and Kellwoods. She married Halton H. Jeffcoat on September 15, 1973. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She was the only grandmother that her grandchildren knew and they loved to go to Grandma's and eat her cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Halton Jeffcoat on December 16, 2010; one daughter: Delynda Jeffcoat Walter; one son: Travis E. Jeffcoat; two sisters: Constance Lighthouse and Mamie Edwards; one brother: Ralph Dickson Gibbs. She is survived by two sons: James Jeffcoat, of Richland Hills, TX, and Jerry Jeffcoat, Bella Vista, AR; one son-in-law: James Walter and his wife Delores, of Shawnee, OK; one daughter-in-law: Patricia Jeffcoat, of Moore, OK; one sister: Loraine Hedrick, of Howe, TX; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
