Cam Sterling Finley, Jr., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. He passed away at Altus, Oklahoma, at the age of 88 years, and 3 days. He was born on October 7, 1924, to Cam Sterling and Sarah Margaret (Stockton) Finley, in Olustee, Oklahoma. He attended Duke Schools and graduated with the class of 1943. Early in his career he was a minster and preached in Illinois, Wyoming, and Texas. He was a project manager for RSK Corporation and Central Securities Developers. Later he was involved as a real estate agent and sales manager in Newark and Ft. Worth, Texas for 28 years. He was involved in Democratic politics including Precinct Chairman, County and District campaign coordinator and District, State and National Committee person. He attended the First Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son: Steven Earl Finley; one brother: James Finley; and the love of his life: Marie Tuck. He is survived by one son: David Finley; one daughter-in-law: Betty Finley; one sister: Elaine Loudermilk; eight grandchildren: Brandi Borougerdi, Jennifer Finley-Stubbs, Justin Finley, Allison Thronberry, Christa Finley, Brittany Finley, Makaela Finley, and Serenity Finley; seven great-grandchildren: Charles Stubbs, Aiden Borougerdi, Tyler Stubbs, Zachary Stubbs, Meadow Borougerdi, Kimberly Finley, and Avery Thronberry; and special friend: Tracie Davis.
