Olivio Garibay went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, in Mexico at the age of 61 years, two months, and 26 days. He was born October 1, 1950, to Alejandro Garibay Olmedo and Adelaida Garibary Lepiz, in San Angel, Michoacan Mexico. He married Irma Rodriguez in Mexico, in 1978. As a young man, he came to the United States in Texas then later in to Oklahoma. He worked for Ray and Virginia Walker at Western Hull, Kay Smith Greyhounds and Tony Caldwell. He was a handyman and did odd jobs as well as lawn maintenance for numerous people including Reta Stone and the Hotel Frederick. He was a Catholic. He was preceded in death by his father, Alejandro Garibay Olmedo; and one sister: Maria Elena Garibay. He is survived by his beloved companion: Dora Pesina, of Frederick, OK; his mother: Adelaida Garibay Lepiz; two sons: Alejandro and wife Rosario Garibay, of Frederick, OK, and Juan Jose Garibay and companion Nellie Tittle; three daughters: Natividad Garibay and husband Alfonso Valles, Sandra Viviana Valles and husband Dagoberto Valles, all of Frederick, and Maria del Rosario Reyes and husband Maximiliano Reyes, of Vernon, TX; one brother: Salvador Garibay, of California; two sisters: Ofelia Garibay, of Jamay, Jalisco Mexico, and Ines Garibay, of Zamora, Michoacan Mexico; nine grandchildren: Leticia and Juanita Garibay, Jose Guadalupe Valles, Ricardo Valles, Beatrice Adriana Valles, Araceli Guadalupe Valles, Jesus Alberto, Anahy and Rodrigo Valles, all of Frederick; and two very close nephews: Clemente Rodriguez and Ruben Rodriguez, both of Frederick.
