William Carter

William E. Carter passed from this life on Saturday, November 27, 2010. He died east of Frederick, Oklahoma, at the age of 56 years, 10 months and 17 days. He was born on January 10, 1954, to Walter F., Sr. and Floria (Miller) Carter, in Dallas, Texas. He had previously lived in Elmer, Duke, Martha and Altus. He had previously been an oil field worker. He enjoyed camping, fishing and walking his dog. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother: Larry Carter, in 2006; and one sister: Shirley King, in 1989. He is survived by his girlfriend: Karen R. Rice, of the home in Frederick, Oklahoma; a son: Ronnie Saenz, of Blair, Oklahoma; a step-daughter: Naomi Latimer, Chickasha, Oklahoma; three brothers: Harold Carter, of Hamilton, Texas; Bobby and Odessa Carter, of Hamilton, Texas; and Walter Carter, of Odessa, Texas; two sisters: Wannetta Dalgren, of Altus, Oklahoma; and Maxine Surles, of Elmer, Oklahoma.
