Charlotte Irene Washburn

She was born on March 2, 1934 to Hubert H. and Cleo (Neville) Pace in Portales, New Mexico. They moved to Frederick, Oklahoma, where Charlotte graduated from Frederick High School. She also attended Texas Tech University. She married Bill Washburn. She was a property manager for the Lubbock Housing Authority for many years. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by three sons: Steve Washburn, of Lubbock, Texas; Mike Washburn, and his wife, Libby, of Crosby, Texas; and Tony Washburn, and his wife, Tammy, of Lubbock, Texas; nine grandchildren: Rachel Washburn Banks, and her husband, Michael, of Waco, Texas; Brandy Washburn, of Corsicana, Texas; Berkley and Shelby Washburn, of Amarillo, Texas; Caitlin Johnson, of San Tan Valley, Arizona; Ian, Alex, Ashley and Lindsey Washburn, of Lubbock, Texas; two great grandchildren: Cade, of Waco, Texas, and Noah, of Corsicana, Texas.
