Funeral service for Alexis Brianne Nation, infant daughter of David and Cleo (Peevyhouse) Nation, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at the Gray Gish Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Les Banks officiating. Alexis was born June 24, 2009, in Lawton, Oklahoma. She passed away Thursday June 25, 2009, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Burial will be in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gray Gish Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by paternal great grandfather: Doyle Nation; maternal great grandparents: Harlon and Cleo Woodall; and paternal cousin: Angel Blackburn. She is survived by her parents: David and Cleo Nation, of the home in Frederick, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents: David and Kathleen Nation , of Frederick ,Oklahoma; maternal grandparents Tom and Morine Peevyhouse, of Frederick, Oklahoma; paternal great grandmother: Marilyn Nation, of Frederick, Oklahoma; paternal great grandparents: Jerry and Janie Sebree, of Frederick, Oklahoma; and maternal great grandparents: Leslie A.( Sr.) and Ida Lou Peevyhouse, of Durant, Oklahoma; maternal great uncle: Oscar Woodall, of Frederick Oklahoma; aunts and uncles (paternal): Sean, Neal, Machell , Jasper and spouses; (maternal): Tommy, Jennifer, Paula and spouses; and numerous cousins.
