Funeral service for Angelita “Angie” Flores, age 48, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Johnny Flores, cousin, officiating.

Angie passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are under the direction of Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home. A visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. At both the service and the visitation, masks are recommended and social distancing encouraged due to COVID.

She was born September 8, 1972, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to Frank Flores Jr. and Antonia Gonzales Flores. Angie attended Frederick schools. Although she had been a Frederick resident most all her life, she had been living in Wichita Falls near family. She loved people and worked at Hop & Sak, Los Arcos, Wal-Mart, McDonald’s and most recently at United Market Street.

She was preceded in death by her mother: Antonio Gonzales Flores; a brother: Larry Flores; sister: Irma Givin; a son: Cody Allen Edwards; paternal grandparents: Frank Flores, Sr. and Josephine Flores, maternal grandparents: Frank Gonzales, Sr. and Maria Domingez Gonzales.

Survivors include her father and step-mother: Frank Flores, Jr. and wife Glenda, Frederick; a son: Blake Joseph Cotten, Frederick; two daughters: Paisley Dawn Dill and Savannah Leann Chavez, both of Frederick; four sisters: Janie Stewart, Sandy Flores, Anita Flores and Christy Flores, all of Wichita Falls, Texas; three grandchildren: Baylor Allen Burleson, Everly Rose Dill and Rhys Paige Cotten.
