Daniel Alan Watson

            Graveside service for Daniel Alan “Danny” Watson, age 60, formerly of Frederick, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at the Frederick Memorial Cemetery.

            Danny passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2020, at University Park Nursing & Rehab, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

            Burial is under the direction of Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home, of Frederick.

            He was born October 4, 1959, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to Kenneth and Joyce (Brinkley) Watson. Due to health conditions, Danny spent most of his life in care centers and homes. He enjoyed the outdoors and he loved to fish. When he was young, he loved to participate in the Special Olympics.

            He is survived by a brother: Kenneth Watson (Sharla), of Frederick, Oklahoma; two sisters: Rebekah Jane Watson Dowdy (Rick), of Garland, Texas, and Melinda George, also of Garland; numerous cousins including: Dana Darland (Darrell), of Wichita Falls, Texas, Janelle Johle (Wesley), of Sunnyvale, Texas, Bill Ballard (Wanda), Olney, Texas, Larry Ballard (Debi), Wichita Falls, Gary  Ballard (Kim), also of Wichita Falls; and Mary Ann Johnson (Mike), of Frederick.
